Neilly Storm

It's 2 a.m., the hotel bar is closing and Neilly Storm has one more confession to make. Every song on the debut album happens somewhere between the last round and the walk of shame: champagne on the carpet ("Champagne Problems," "Hotel Room High"), a cigarette on the balcony ("Cigarette Confessions"), a phone switched off before anyone can call ("Airplane Mode," "Delete Your Number").

None of it comes with an apology. Neilly knows exactly which mistakes are worth making ("The Mess I Like," "Neon Sins," "Leather and Lace") and admits, cheerfully, to falling for the wrong one anyway ("Oops... I Like Him"). The morning after gets its say too ("Pillow Talk Philosophy," "What Do I Do Now"), but by the next night, the jacket is back on.
