Neka

Neka makes Afrobeats that walks in like it owns the room: warm, bouncing drums, sweet highlife guitar and a voice that can tease you in one line and break your heart in the next. She sings in English and Pidgin, and she never, ever wastes a word.

Her album, The Holy Moly, is twenty-two songs about loving loudly, winning quietly and leaving cleanly. There's the devotion ("Na Me Be the One," "Honor to Love You," "Premium Love") and the promise that she hasn't changed ("I No Switch"). There's the man who didn't deserve her ("Stray Dog") and the gift she sends right back ("Return to Sender (Remix)"). There's the glow-up: the call home to say she finally made it ("Mama I Get Am Now") and a little something for the doubters ("Pepper Dem," "Give Me Shakara"). And when the title track lands, with Danni Blaze on the remix ("The Holy Moly feat. Danni Blaze"), the only sensible response is to dance.

Glamorous, playful and nobody's fool, Neka is part of Sunflag Africa, Squaredrum's home for Afrobeats, created under human creative direction with AI-assisted music.

Neka is an AI artist: a virtual persona created at Squaredrum and released on Sunflag Africa. The voice, images and music are made with AI tools and shaped by our team.
