Lea Babi

Lea Babi makes R&B for the hours after midnight: the unsent draft, the call that runs too long, the silence on speakerphone that says more than either person will. Silky, warm vocals ride slow-burning grooves with an undercurrent of Afro-influenced rhythm, and her songs live in the small details of modern love — read receipts, borrowed hoodies, a charger left behind, the parking lot where the real conversation finally happens.

Her 2025 debut album, Sexual Fantasies, is twenty songs of desire written with a straight face and an open diary: confident, sensual and honest about the patterns we repeat ("Déjà Vu") and the rules nobody says out loud ("Unspoken Rules"). In 2026, SOS turned the lights lower. Built around "Silence On Speakerphone," it trades the fantasy for the aftermath — hotel robes, missed calls, slow dances and the question of whether to delete the message later.

Her world is burgundy, cream and black: polished, intimate and never distant, sensual but always self-possessed. Soft voice, bad intentions, and every word meant.
